I am a full stack web developer based in Nashville TN. When not working or creating beautiful pages for my freelance clients,
I can be found at the local hobby store looking for a fun new craft, or working in the garden and hanging out around the fire pit with the family.
With a background in the beauty industry I have a unique perspective on design and page esthetics.
From minimal pages to extravagant art installations, I'm your girl. Beginning with the initial consultation
through the deployment of your new site, I will communicate with you weekly to keep you up to date on the latest developments.
This was made because I enjoy watching and reading about all things weight loss. And I got tired of wondering what the conversion was from pounds to kilograms to stones, and vice versa. Do you need a custom calculator?
I made this one just for the benefit of seeing cute pug pictures every day. Because, why not?
I worked with a local conspiracy podcaster to create a blog site as a companion to the podcast. I used HTML, CSS, SASS, and JavaScript. We just finished the design, and I have now been contracted to keep it up to date for him as well. We can also do that for you if you would like.
This was a fun passion project. This site was for a girl I worked with a few years ago that recently opened her own salon. We worked together to make her page look modern and stylish but mobile friendly and easy to use. This project was created using mostly HTML and CSS as well as some JS. We were both thrilled with the result, just as I'm sure you will be.
This is a single page app that uses the webcams.travel API. It features four pictures, one pic of each of the four elements, and lets the user pick the one they are most drawn to. It then uses that selection to pick a location based on that element and shows them a current picture, the location city, region, and country. It also shows a wiki link if there is one for that location. This idea could be fun for picking many different things, your imagination is the only limit.
This is a food blog for a client of mine who likes to create articles about the things she tries. It is updated monthly and has fun food fails and wins. I built this using HTML, CSS, and JS. This was a fun project that inspired me to try new things as well. I enjoy taking on a variety of projects because they break me out of my box and inspire me daily. I can't wait to see how your project will inspire me.
This is a clone of the popular app "Wordle". I enjoyed this project very much. I made this with React using Typescript and Tailwind. It also has a JSON backend for retreiving words for people to guess. We can build your back-end with the same, or we can use Java and PostgreSQL. I can also help you decide if you aren't sure what to use as well.
This is a single page app that uses the coctaildb public API to request a drink using the input as the search parameter. It fetches several different fields and adds them to the index page, repopulating the page for every new entry. I can build out one for your idea too.
This site is a single page app that lets the user enter any word they want, and using a free dictionary API, fetches the pronunciation, the part of speach it is, the definition, and the user can click to hear the word spoken. This is a great easy app and could be customized in many different ways.
This is a fun interactive single page app about numbers. It displays trivia about days, dates, and ranfom numbers, and it displays horoscopes and numerology as well. It is a great time waster.
This was the first portfolio I ever created. I used React and SCSS to create this Single Page App. Do you need a portfolio page or single page app for your business? I would be glad to explore those options with you.
